Week 4: Unit 6: How To Light a Scene

This week, we have a visual task that involves practising lighting in a scene. Lighting is very important when it comes to filming as it can completely make or break a scene. We are going to be looking at three point lighting again and also recreating the lighting from a movie scene of our choice.

Week 3: Unit 5: Audio Skills

This week we are looking at audio and working on an audio problem. Our main task for this week was creating a audio of part of “The Three Billy Goat Gruff” story. This would include creating voices and sound effects for it. We also looked at different bits of equipment.

Week 2: Unit 6: The Nature of Screen Motion

This week we have been focusing on screen motion. We have been looking about the direction something is travelling in has to link to the next shots. We also learnt how camera movement can be used effectively.
